TSW CSX White Bethgon II

This is to replace existing dark Blue Coal Bethgon II that comes with CSX HH
Prerequisites: Obviously TSW CSX Heavy Haul
Installation: Copy download file (TS2Prototype_NXWHCOAL.pak) to where you placed your existing mod .pak files in TSW directory
